At Cute Paws Kittens, we provide a comprehensive 1-year health guarantee for all Maine Coon Kittens purchased through our platform.
This means that within the first 15 days of purchasing your kitten from us, you are required to have them examined by a licensed veterinarian. If within ten days of purchase it is determined that your new pet is clinically ill or has passed away due to an injury sustained or illness likely contracted before the sale and delivery date; you have several options available:
– Return the kitten for a complete refund.
– Exchange the kitten for another one of equal value.
– Choose to keep the kitten while receiving reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees (not exceeding its original purchase price).
These options do not apply if there was prior written disclosure at the time of sale regarding any existing health issues provided by our seller along with a valid health certificate issued by a vet.
If within 30 days after purchase it’s confirmed by a licensed veterinarian that your newly acquired pet has congenital or hereditary defects impacting their well-being or in case they died from such conditions; then similar options as outlined above will be made available.
It’s important to notify us about this examination promptly including providing details like name and contact information of examining vet no later than two business days following certification. Failure on doing so will result in forfeiture of rights according to state laws which may vary depending on where you make your purchase hence educating yourself beforehand would be wise.
While each U.S. state varies when it comes guaranteed healthcare terms related sold pets but we expect breeders advertising via our site adhere minimum coverage period extending up until thirty-day mark unless specific states mandate longer guarantees taking precedence over ours regardless some breeders choose offering extended warranties although these must align with legal requirements ensuring genetic illnesses specifically being covered upon proper documentation submission excluding general care costs incurred during routine check-ups also ruling out expenses resulting from owner negligence-related incidents
